Refunds for Defective Merchandise only - - Otherwise Equivalent Exchange Offered within Ten Days of Item Receipt - - Items must be in brand new and un-opened, un-used condition or we cannot credit you for them.

We now take CREDIT CARDS and ECHECKs directly from our handy automated 24 hour check-out!

• We are also happy to accept paypal payments... or Money Orders mailed to us to be received within a week's time. As a courtesy to any ebay seller, please allow enough time for your payment to arrive and also for the echeck or paypal echeck to clear. International echecks tend to take twice as long to clear.
• Serious buyers only. Buyers are expected to pay within 3 days of auction close. Mailed in payments are given one week's time to arrive to us. We report all non-paying bidders to Ebay and in order to recapture our auction fees we must file a non-paying bidder strike. Non-Paying Bidders are furthermore blocked from further Ebay purchases with this seller.

• Most Orders are Shipping within 1-3 business days of payment receipt. If you pay with an e-check or mail-in a payment, please allow enough time for your payment to clear. Orders with Custom Bodies, International Orders, and Large Reborning & Paint Supply Kits may take a little longer to process as we make our custom bodies by hand and also hand-label and pre-mix the unique reborning colors in our paint sets.

• Purchases are automatically combined as you shop so you can save money on shipping. An automated email is sent to you after each item is putchases in order to keep a running total or your combined order total.
